Hi!
I don't know how many of you are still out there, reading this occasionally. I know I haven't bee dedicated to keeping it posted so I don't blame anyone for not be dedicated to reading it.
However, if you're there, reading this, I wouldn't mind if you checked out my new blog I started for my writing. My dream is to be an author and I'm working on a few different avenues to keep me going. I want to write a little every day, I want to keep my imagination going, flowing and wild.
I would love insight, comments and suggestions, tell me about your life and opinions when it comes to writing. Do you love it or hate it? Have you been published? What is it like? Let's get talking:

New Year Listings and Goals
The coming new year will bring with it a new fervor for my shop! I hope to list often again, with more unique finds in pale lovely colors. I may start listing things in the children's genre, such as vintage children's books and fabrics - whimsy things (something along the lines of The Little Prince, First Edition. And a vintage Snow White handkerchief).
Did I mention that already?
Anyway, I have a few kitchen utensils that will be going up in my shop in this new year ahead of us. An egg beater in a wonderful aqua/jadite green shade with black and cream stripes. Shabby Deco I shall call it! I look forward to the push I am going to implement to my shop.
But, please don't forget that it is not my first priority. As much as I want to give my full attention and dedication to it, my number one priority and goal is my writing. I have written a novel this year and I am currently working on editing it. I admit, I have not worked on it at all this past month, December has been busy and distracting as much as it has been fun and wonderful. But, time to get back to the grindstone, the grindstone I call work. That is to say, my job is my writing, I want to be a writer and so I need to write. I have story ideas I would like to attempt to make short stories, but first and foremost is the novel I am currently working on. I am VERY excited about it. I can't wait to really get into editing it. I thought December was going to be my big month for it, but I was so wrong. On to January! The month of my editing!
I don't know how long it's going to take, but I think it will take a long while. I have a lot of work to do on it. The first round of editing is going to be a real hack job! Then there will be edit rounds after that, until it's polished to near perfection! The grammar will be great, the story and plot will make sense and move smoothly, the characters develop well, and it all make sense. Mostly, I want to be proud of it. I want to send it to publishers feeling hopeful.
That is my ultimate goal of 2013.
But, I have bills to pay and will need other hobbies. I can't let one thing I love become my entire life. Etsy will help with that. I also got a bow and arrows for my birthday and am very excited to get into that. A healthy new hobbie to try. I also go snow shoes for this winter season, how fun is that?!
I wouldn't call this a resolution. I just have plans and goals for this new year. I had them for this past year as well, things sometimes move more slowly than wanted. It's kind of to be expected too, though.
Since I'm talking about goals for 2013 I might as well point out I hope to lose at least 30 pounds this coming year.

New Etsy Shop?
I'm thinking about starting up another etsy shop!
I want it to be a whimsical shop with childlike items. I found a few things I really want to buy but can't justify purchasing, which is how my current shop started.
What do you think of items such as:

What do you think of items such as:
- First Edition 1943 The Little Prince
- Vintage Snow White handkerchief
- First Editin 1957 The Cat in the Hat
And, other pretty, pastel delightful things such as toys, books, fabrics. All in good shape with a whimsical feel. Good for a new baby's or child's room, or personal collection.
Let me know your thoughts!
Also, I need help coming up with the shop name! I was thinking ReImagination or VintageWhimsy but both of those are taken!

Robin's Egg blue Retro Fan
This fan is absolutely Gorgeous, and I am a little surprised no one has bought it yet! Someone will find it and fall in love. I have no room for it myself. If it lasts until I move and can put it in my kitchen, I will gladly do so!

Hello Again!
Hi Everyone!
I know I have not been active on Etsy for a long time, and even a longer time on here. I am hoping to change all that, right now!
I have posted five new things on Etsy today (one sold already, though I think the buyer is going to attempt to resell it for three times the price. Still making mistakes and learning!), getting back into the swing of things! It's great, once I started posting again, I remembered why I loved it.
For the past few months I have been quite busy, in some ways at least. I stopped looking for a "real" job and worked on my novel. At 67 thousand words, I finished and sent it to an editor! It is in the process of being heavily edited and on its way to better and brighter things! I am very excited by it all.
Now, I wish to get back into another thing I loved. Etsy. One day, I want to do both consistantly and well. Making a living, perhaps?
To start things off, I would like to show you one of my favorite things I've acquired lately, and have listed today.
A pink with jadite green accents, rolling pin!
How are all of you?

Big Sale!
Hi everyone!
I know it's been a while, and I have some things to show you! I bought a wood bird cage that I repainted and it is SO cute! And I have some amazing finds I need to take pictures of.
I went to a place called Painting with a Twist with my mom, and now have a Dusk at the Pier painting hanging on my wall that I did...
But what I really want to say is, almost my entire shop is on sale! Big discounts too! I am hoping to encourage some buying so that I have a little extra money when I go to England. Not just to have fun with, but because my husband and I will have two weeks of unpaid time, while spending money in England, and having to pay all our bills. When we come back, my husband's brother is coming with us, and we'll be taking care of him while he's here. We're going to be quite strapped for money!
If you could help me by spreading the word, I would greatly appreciate it! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
