I went to a couple of antique and consignment shops with my Mom today. We went in towns we aren't ever in to see what they had to offer. Though they had some antique shops, they weren't very good. I had to look hard to find one good thing from two different places. But, I am very happy with what I did find, so maybe it was all worth it. Both of these items are now up for grabs on my etsy shop! How exciting.
First up is a vintage pink sewing box!
It comes with a tray that fits on the inside at the top. It's all in really good condition and is a great pale pink color. You can use it to store all sorts of things, and it has two rope handles.

Next, I found this gorgoues tin! It has wonderful pale colors, teal, pink, and a light gold. It's a great size and in good condition. The lid comes off and on easily, and I just love the polka dots on the tin. I have a hard time giving this one up, but I'm still selling it
